  • Event planning and management tools.
  • Custom AI solutions built for specific business needs.

Account and Access

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use our services.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and complete information when setting up services.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of any credentials or access details.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access or security breach.
  • Use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Acceptable Use

Your use of our services is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. Violations may result in suspension or termination of access.

Intellectual Property

Our Property

All content, software, AI models, algorithms, designs, and documentation that make up our services are owned by Dlvwy or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the services as intended.

Your Data

You retain ownership of your business data. By using our services, you grant us a licence to process your data solely to provide and improve the services.

Payment and Billing

  • Fees for our services are as quoted or agreed in your service agreement.
  • Payment terms are specified in your individual service agreement.
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.
  • Overdue payments may result in suspension of services.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime caused by:

  • Scheduled maintenance (we will provide reasonable notice).
  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
  • Third-party service outages.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
  • We are not liable for lost profits, data loss, or business interruption arising from use of our services.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dlvwy from claims arising from your use of the services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

Termination

  • Either party may terminate service agreements with 30 days’ written notice unless otherwise specified.
  • We may suspend or terminate access immediately for violations of these Terms.
  • Upon termination, we will provide reasonable assistance in exporting your data.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated with at least 30 days’ notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Dlvwy operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules.
